**Return Window**

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.

- Unopened and undamaged bottles of wine.

- Incorrect or damaged items received.


**Non-Refundable Items**

- Opened or partially consumed bottles of wine.

- Items returned beyond the specified return window.

- Items without a valid proof of purchase.


**Return Process**

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@premiumblend.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos within the specified return window.


**Return Shipping**

For eligible returns, we may provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.


**Refund Processing**

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
